2) 青豆饼 (Green Pea Cookies)

低筋面粉(Low-gluten flour) - 600g
青豆(instant green peas) - 250g
糖粉( icing sugar) - 200g
黍米油(corn oil) - 350ml
梳打粉(Soda powder) - 1 1/2 tsp
蛋黄 (yolk (topping))- 一粒
1)网上找的图片... 因为忘了拍...
将250克的青豆捣碎成粉....
2) 所有的材料....
3) 将低筋面粉,梳打粉,青豆粉和糖粉一起倒入...
4) 加入黍米油...
5) 将所有材料搓均匀 ....
6) 捏搓成要的形状, 然后涂上蛋液, 用180度来烘烤....
7) 烤好了....味道不错哦!...卖相如何?... 嘻嘻...
